Hi, I'm Lucy. Watch this first (2 minutes)

It's the busiest booking season of the year. So why is it still a scramble?

•

Everyone's booking Christmas parties and gift experiences, and your festive class still has empty seats.

•

People say "I'll book closer to the date" in your DMs, and then December disappears.

•

Your Christmas dates go up in late November, leaving you two weeks to fill them.

•

You're posting, replying, chasing: doing the work of ten people just to fill one class.

The Sell-Out Workshop Method, wrapped for Christmas

Plan, Deliver and Sell aren't three separate jobs. They work together, and that's exactly where the magic happens. Here's what that looks like for your Christmas classes.

PlanDeliverSell
The magic happens in the middle

Plan

Design a Christmas class people already want to pay for (the wreath, the ornament, the gift they make and give) before you spend an hour building it.

Deliver

Run a class so good that students post it, buy a voucher for a friend and rebook in the new year.

Sell

Fill your December dates early, then turn your Christmas students into a calendar that keeps filling in January.

Yes, Christmas classes sell out

"I managed to sell the final ticket to tomorrow night's Sew your own Santa Sack workshop!"

Her fourth Santa Sack class. Two of her students had never touched a sewing machine, and one messaged that night with a photo of the shorts she'd already made at home.

Still deciding?

When is it, and how does it work?

It's live on Zoom on Thursday 22 October at 6pm Sydney time (AEDT) and runs for about 60 minutes. Lucy teaches the Plan → Deliver → Sell framework with real Christmas workshop examples. Your Zoom link arrives by email as soon as you register.

What will I actually walk away with?

A clear plan for your Christmas workshops: what to run, how to run it, and how to fill your December dates early. Built from a framework that's already sold out classes for hundreds of hosts.

Do I need to already have a workshop running?

No. This works whether you're planning your first class or trying to fill seats on one you already teach.

Isn't it too late to plan Christmas workshops?

Not at all. Late October is the sweet spot: enough time to plan your class, put your dates up and start selling before people lock in their December plans.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets the replay by email after the session.

What kind of workshops does this work for?

We've helped all kinds of workshop hosts: business workshops, cooking classes, floristry, craft workshops, painting and fine art courses, even online workshops. If you're teaching people something live, the framework applies.

What happens after the masterclass?

If you want more support putting it into practice, Lucy will share how to go further with Sold-Out Workshops Mentoring. No pressure to join. The training stands on its own.
